Our names are Eric and Chloe, and we wanted something better for our two young daughters.
Something we could share with them that would help them figure out who they want to be.
Stories that would light up their imagination, help them practice facing challenges, and celebrate victories along the way. They’re the hero of their own individual and unique stories in real life and Tella is the way for them to help explore that.
When we couldn’t find it, we made it.

At Tella, we believe every child’s imagination is more than just make-believe, it’s the foundation of who they’re becoming. Decades of research show that stories help kids build language, empathy, resilience, and problem-solving skills, giving them tools to understand themselves and the world around them. That’s why Tella creates deeply personalized adventures, meeting each child exactly where they are and evolving as they grow.
But our mission goes beyond stories. Tella is here to help children see themselves as the hero of their own life; to feel capable, brave, and seen in a world that can feel big and uncertain. We make it joyful and easy for parents to be part of that journey, weaving connection, confidence, and wonder into everyday moments—including the challenging ones where you’re helping your child find their way. Together, we empower children to believe in themselves and create their own path forward through personalized stories.
