What is Tella?
Tella makes personalized, illustrated stories for kids ages 2 to 10. Parents set up a profile, and every story stars their child.
How does my gift get there?
We email it to the parent, either right away or on the date you pick. You don't need to forward anything.
What if they already use Tella?
The gift is added to their account the moment they open it.
Do gift cards expire?
Never.
Can they use it on iPhone, Android or TV?
Yes. They open the gift in their browser, then sign in to any Tella app with the same account.
What if I typed the wrong email?
Your receipt has a link to fix it and resend the gift.
Is Tella safe for kids?
Parents control the account. There are no ads, and stories stay private unless a parent shares them.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the gift hasn't been opened, email hello@tella.kids within 30 days of buying it and we'll refund it in full.
